Fitted with an HF RFID encoder operating at 13.56 MHz, the Intermec PC23DA1010131 is a direct thermal desktop printer that encodes and prints RFID labels alongside standard stock at 300 dpi and up to 6 in/s across a 2.10-inch print width. Labels up to 2.36 inches wide and 35 inches long are supported on rolls to 5 inches in diameter with a 1.50-inch core, and an adjustable media sensor handles both label and RFID label types. A 2.4-inch LCD display, real-time clock, 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM, and 128 MB of flash memory are built in, with USB connectivity and 24 V DC input via the included power adapter. Language emulation spans IPL, EPL2, ZSim, DPL, Fingerprint, E-Sim, DSim, and XML, while the broad symbology set covers PDF-417, Data Matrix, QR Code, Aztec Code, and HIBC variants. At 3.20 lb, the unit carries CE, FCC, C-UL-US, Energy Star, and BSMI certifications and is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PC23d by Honeywell is a compact 2-inch direct thermal desktop label printer built for IT and procurement buyers who need a reliable, easy-to-deploy printing solution in space-constrained environments. Suited to healthcare, retail, hospitality, light-duty manufacturing, and warehouse settings, it handles self-adhesive labels, non-adhesive tags, linerless media, floodcoat, and continuous paper strip roll up to a 5" roll diameter. Print resolution reaches up to 300 dpi, with speeds selectable up to 8 ips at 203 dpi and 6 ips at 300 dpi. Standard USB connectivity is complemented by a field-installable Ethernet module, and an optional factory-installed 13.56 MHz HF RFID module extends its capability to smart label applications. The 2.4" LCD user interface supports ten languages, and 128 MB Flash plus 128 MB RAM provide solid on-board processing. Broad command language support — including IPL, ZSim, DSim, and ESim — makes integration and migration straightforward, while a disinfectant-resistant case and Energy Star compliance add long-term value.
