The Intermec IF61 is a smart UHF RFID enterprise reader designed for IT architects and operations teams who need edge-level intelligence without the cost or complexity of a separate industrial PC. Powered by an Intel Celeron M 600 MHz processor and up to 1 GB of optional memory, it runs complex RFID applications written in Java, JavaScript, or C# .Net directly on the device, filtering, storing, and forwarding tag data to host systems in the required format. With four mono-static RF ports, an IP54-rated enclosure rated for operating temperatures from -25°C to 55°C, and built-in "store and forward" capabilities that can retain over 6 billion EPC tags with the optional 40 GB hard drive, the IF61 is equally suited to logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain environments where data integrity is mission-critical.
