USB-only connectivity defines the DS4208-SBZU0100ZWR as a wired configuration of Zebra's DS4208 handheld imager, pairing it directly with workstations or notebooks via cable (sold separately). The LED-based imager reads in an omni-directional scan pattern, covering 1D symbologies including UPC/EAN, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, GS1 DataBar Variants and ISBT 128, alongside 2D formats such as PDF417, MicroPDF417, Data Matrix, QR Code, MicroQR, Maxicode and Aztec, plus a full suite of postal codes including US POSTNET, US PLANET and USPS 4 State Postal. Depth of field reaches 15.2 in at 13 mil for 100% UPCA and 12.7 in at 10 mil for 80% UPCA, with Data Matrix readable from 0.4 in to 7.2 in at 10 mil. The handheld chassis weighs 6.10 oz and measures 6.7 in tall, 2.7 in wide and 3.7 in deep in black. IP43 ingress protection, FCC Part 15 Class B and RoHS compliance are certified, and the unit carries a 5-year limited warranty.
