Configured with Fast Ethernet alongside serial and USB ports, the Intermec PM43CA0100000202 is a direct thermal and thermal transfer label printer that prints monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 12 in/s across a 4.25-inch print width. It accepts labels up to 4.50 inches wide and media up to 10.40 mil thick on rolls to 8.38 inches in diameter, with a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core, and a transmissive media sensor covers gap, notch, black mark, continuous, linerless and fanfold stock. Standard memory is 128 MB SDRAM with 128 MB of flash, and language emulation spans Fingerprint, IPL, ZSim, DSim and XML. Barcode support includes UPC/EAN Shipping Container, LOGMARS, POSTNET, HIBCC and ISBT-128, among others. Maximum power draw is 300 W with a 9 W standby, and the unit weighs 27.65 lb in a 9.9-inch by 17-inch by 7.1-inch chassis suited to mid-range industrial label production.
