IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and Bluetooth connect it to enterprise networks, and wireless security spans WPA, WPA2 (Personal and Enterprise), EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS/MSCHAPv2, PEAPv0/EAP-MSCHAPv2, PEAPv1/EAP-GTC, CCX v.4 and WAPI. A laser scanning engine handles barcode capture, while the 3.5-inch color LCD touchscreen delivers 240 x 320 VGA resolution alongside a 32-key alphanumeric keypad. The 2200 mAh battery ships included. At 8.8 in tall, 3.4 in wide and 2 in deep, the unit carries IP65 and CE certifications and survives drops to 1.8m, with electrostatic discharge tolerance of 15kV DC (air) and 8kV DC (contact).
