Fitted with dual-band IEEE 802.11a/b/g WLAN and Bluetooth via internal antennas, the Intermec CN70AN1KN00W1100 is a wireless-only handheld terminal running on a 600 MHz OMAP 3 processor with 512 MB RAM and 1 GB of flash memory. Its 2D area imager reads 1D, 2D, Data Matrix, Standard UPC and PDF symbologies, while a numeric keypad and touchscreen 3.5-inch VGA display at 480 x 640 resolution handle input and navigation. The unit survives drops to concrete from 72 inches and withstands air electrostatic discharge of 15kV DC and direct electrostatic discharge of 8kV DC. An SD card slot supports additional storage, and wireless security covers WPA and WPA2. The included 5200 mAh Li-Ion battery powers the 15.87 oz chassis measuring 6.7 in tall, 3.1 in wide and 1.4 in deep.
