Configured with 512 MB RAM and 1 GB of flash storage, the Intermec CK71AA2DN00W1100 is a WLAN-only handheld terminal running Windows Embedded Handheld OS Premium with an alphanumeric keypad and a linear imager for 1D barcode scanning. Its OMAP 3 processor runs at 600 MHz, and the 3.5-inch color touchscreen delivers VGA resolution at 480 x 640 pixels. A 5200 mAh Lithium Ion battery ships included, while a microSD card slot provides user-accessible storage expansion. IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless and Bluetooth handle connectivity, backed by internal antennas and security support spanning WPA, WPA2, AES, TKIP, CCXv4 and WEP. The unit handles electrostatic discharge of 15kV DC (air) and 8kV DC (direct contact) and is rated for drops to concrete from 72 inches, weighing 1.23 lb in a chassis measuring 9.3 in deep by 3.2 in wide by 2 in tall.
