Configured with IEEE 802.11a/b/g WLAN and Bluetooth, the Intermec CK71AA2DC00W1400 handheld terminal pairs wireless security spanning WPA, WPA2, WEP, TKIP, AES and CCXv4 with a 600 MHz OMAP 3 processor and 512 MB of RAM backed by 1 GB of flash storage. The standard-range 1D imager shares the unit with a camera, and a microSD slot extends onboard storage further. A 3.5-inch color touchscreen runs at VGA resolution (480 x 640) alongside an alphanumeric keypad, while the 5200 mAh lithium-ion battery ships included. The chassis measures 9.3 in deep, 3.2 in wide and 2 in tall at 1.23 lb, and is rated for drops to concrete from 72 in, with ESD tolerance of 15kV DC air discharge and 8kV DC direct contact discharge.
