Cellular-capable with both CDMA and GSM support, the Honeywell 99GXLG5-00212XE pairs IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with a wireless security stack covering WPA, WPA2, 802.1x, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS/MSCHAPv2, PEAPv0/EAP-MSCHAPv2, PEAPv1/EAP-GTC, WMM, CWG-RF Profile and WAPI. The 1 GHz OMAP3715 processor runs Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 backed by 256 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash storage, with a microSDHC slot for further expansion. A standard-range imager handles data capture, while the 3.7-inch color VGA touchscreen at 480 x 640 resolution pairs with a 34-key numeric keypad for input. The 5000 mAh Li-Ion battery ships included, and the 1.37 lb chassis is rated IP64 and survives drops to concrete from 72 inches. Air ESD tolerance reaches 15kV DC and contact ESD reaches 8kV DC.
