It autodiscriminates all standard 1D codes including GS1 DataBar Linear, and decodes 2D formats including Aztec Code, Data Matrix (ECC200 only), MaxiCode and QR Code, plus stacked codes such as PDF417, MicroPDF417, GS1 DataBar Stacked, GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional, GS1 DataBar Expanded Stacked and GS1 DataBar Composites. A Micro-SD card reader supports software management and firmware updates, and a cell phone reading mode optimizes light levels for scanning from mobile devices. The unit measures 6 in long by 6 in wide by 3.4 in deep and weighs 1.74 lb, with PC and Mac platform support. RoHS and China RoHS compliant, it is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

The Datalogic Magellan 3300HSi is a high-performance in-counter barcode scanner designed for high-volume point-of-sale environments in retail. Bringing imaging technology to the checkout counter, it delivers the speed and wide field-of-view associated with omnidirectional laser scanners while adding the advantages of a solid-state imager — with no laser modules or spinning motors to wear out. It reads all standard 1D linear codes, GS1 DataBar, and a full range of 2D and stacked symbologies, including Data Matrix, QR Code, Aztec Code, and PDF417, at up to 5 mil resolution. Both sweep and presentation scanning techniques are supported. A built-in Micro-SD card slot simplifies software management and firmware upgrades, while multiple host interfaces — including USB, RS-232, Keyboard Wedge, and IBM 46xx — ensure broad POS system compatibility.
