Configured with a green laser-like 1D imager with Green Spot good-read feedback, the Datalogic 942600008 is a pistol-grip handheld terminal running Android 4.4 KitKat on a multi-core 1 GHz architecture. Its 1 GB RAM and 8 GB Flash storage are paired with SDHC card support for flexible capacity, while the 38-key functional keypad and 3.2-inch LCD touchscreen at 240 x 320 resolution cover day-to-day data entry and navigation. Wireless connectivity runs over IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n with MIMO antennas and CCX v4 certification, and Bluetooth v4 adds BLE low-energy mode support. The gun-form chassis carries an IP64 protection class and survives 1.8 m drop resistance, making it suited to retail in-store and back-end receiving workflows.
