It prints monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 4.53 in/s across a 1.89-inch print width, handling labels up to 2.18 inches wide and 32 inches long on rolls to 2.20 inches in diameter, with media up to 6.50 mil thick. Gap and black mark sensors cover die-cut, continuous, tag, receipt and black bar stock, while 256 MB of standard memory supports ZPL, EPL, CPCL and ZBI 2.0 emulation. The 1.32 lb chassis operates from -4°F (-20°C) to 122°F (50°C) and supports iOS, Android and PC platforms. CE, TUV and CSA safety certifications apply, and the unit carries a 1 Year limited warranty.

The Zebra ZQ610 Plus is a mobile direct thermal label and receipt printer built for field workers, store associates, and warehouse operators who need reliable on-the-spot printing throughout a full shift. Producing monochrome output at 203 dpi and up to 4.5 in./115 mm per second across a maximum print width of 1.9 in./48 mm, it delivers crisp barcodes, text, and graphics at the point of service. Bluetooth connectivity, NFC, and optional Wireless LAN keep it integrated with iOS, Android, and PC environments, while the 3250 mAh PowerPrecision+ Li-Ion battery sustains continuous operation across long shifts. An IP54-rated housing with drop tolerance to 5 ft./1.52 m to concrete suits the demands of retail, warehousing, transportation and logistics, and healthcare workflows. The Link-OS operating system, ZPL, EPL, and CPCL language emulations, and compatibility with Zebra Print DNA tools simplify deployment and remote management for IT teams.
