The ZT41042-T410000Z ships with a factory-fitted rewinder, distinguishing it within the ZT410 family and making it ready for peel-and-apply workflows without additional accessories. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 14 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width, accepting media up to 4.25 inches wide and 9.84 mil thick on rolls to 8 inches in diameter, with label lengths to 39 inches and a 3-inch label core. Transmissive and reflective sensors cover continuous, die-cut, notched and black mark stock, while 256 MB of standard memory and 512 MB of flash support demanding label volumes. Serial, USB, Fast Ethernet and Bluetooth connectivity come standard alongside an LCD display, real-time clock and ZPL, ZPL II, EPL and XML emulation under Zebra's Link-OS. The 36 lb chassis accepts 110 V AC and 220 V AC input and carries cTUVus, CE Marking, FCC-B and Energy Star qualifications, backed by a one-year limited warranty.

The Zebra ZT410 is a rugged industrial label printer built for IT and operations teams that demand continuous, high-volume output in demanding environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and logistics, retail distribution, and healthcare. Constructed around an all-metal frame with a bi-fold metal media cover, it delivers thermal transfer and direct thermal printing at print speeds up to 14 ips/356 mm per second and resolutions of 203 dpi, 300 dpi, or 600 dpi depending on configuration, making it equally capable of high-throughput shipping labels and precise small-label applications. Standard connectivity spans USB, RS-232 Serial, 10/100 Ethernet, and Bluetooth, with optional 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless, ensuring straightforward integration into existing enterprise networks. Select models add UHF RFID encoding for smart label production and item-level traceability, while Zebra's Link-OS environment simplifies remote management and maintenance across distributed print fleets.
