It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 7.99 in/s across a 2.20-inch print width, accepting media up to 2.25 inches wide and 7.50 mil thick on rolls to 5 inches in diameter, with support for die-cut, continuous, notched, black mark, fanfold, tag stock, and wristband stock through moveable reflective and multi-position transmissive sensors. A 4.3-inch LCD display, 256 MB of standard memory, and a real-time clock support daily operation, while ZPL II, EPL2, ZPL, EZPL, and XML emulation and Link-OS compatibility cover PC, iOS, and Android platforms. Disinfectant-ready plastics, a UV-resistant housing, and a sealed-button interface support infection-control protocols, and the medical-grade power supply is IEC 60601-1 compliant. The 2.36 lb chassis operates from 40 F (4.4 C) to 105 F (40.6 C) and carries REACH and RoHS compliance, Energy Star certification, and a 2-year limited warranty.

The Zebra ZD611-HC is a compact 2-inch desktop label printer purpose-built for healthcare environments, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and point-of-care settings. Designed to support patient identification, specimen labeling, wristband printing, and asset tracking, it combines direct thermal and thermal transfer printing at up to 8 ips and 203 dpi resolution with a maximum print width of 2.2 in./56 mm. Its disinfectant-ready, UV-resistant housing and sealed-button interface simplify routine sanitization, while the IEC 60601-1 certified medical-grade power supply ensures safe operation throughout any healthcare facility.
