The Zebra MP7000 Scanner Scale is a multi-plane in-counter barcode scanner and scale designed for high-volume retail POS environments, including supermarkets, grocery stores, hypermarkets, mass merchandisers, and self-checkout lanes. Its multiple CMOS array imager reads a comprehensive range of 1D and 2D symbologies — including dirty, damaged, and poorly printed barcodes — as well as Digimarc-enhanced packaging, keeping checkout lanes moving at peak efficiency. A shared POS port supports USB, RS-232, and IBM RS-485 connectivity for straightforward integration with existing POS systems. The optional 2.3 Megapixel color camera extends the unit's value with produce recognition, loss prevention, and document capture capabilities.
