The Zebra ZD4AH22-D01M00EZ ships with IEEE 802.11ac wireless and NFC alongside standard USB and USB Host, making it the dual-radio healthcare configuration of the ZD411 direct thermal desktop printer. It prints monochrome labels and wristbands at 203 dpi and up to 5.98 in/s across a 2.20-inch print width, accepting media up to 2.24 inches wide, 7.48 mil thick, and 39.02 inches long on rolls to 5 inches in diameter. A full-width sensor, moveable reflective/black mark sensor, and multi-position transmissive/gap sensor cover die-cut, continuous, fanfold, tag stock, and wristband media. The 256 MB of onboard memory supports ZPL II, EPL2, EZPL, ZBI, and XML emulation, while a real-time clock and 2-inch LCD display aid operation. Disinfectant-ready plastics and an IEC 60601-1 compliant power supply address healthcare cleanability and safety requirements, and the dual-wall frame operates between 40°F (4.4°C) and 105°F (40.6°C) at 10%–90% relative humidity. Energy Star certified, REACH and RoHS compliant, and backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

The Zebra ZD411-HC is a compact direct thermal desktop label printer designed exclusively for healthcare environments, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies. Built to meet the hygiene demands of point-of-care settings, it features disinfectant-ready, UV-resistant plastics and a sealed-button interface that withstand routine cleaning protocols, while its IEC 60601-1 certified medical-grade power supply ensures safe operation across any healthcare facility. The printer delivers a maximum print speed of 6 ips (152 mm/s) at 203 dpi resolution with a maximum print width of 2.2 in./56 mm, producing clear, scannable labels for patient wristbands, specimen collection, prescription labeling, and asset tagging. Standard connectivity includes USB 2.0, USB Host, Bluetooth, and NFC, with field-installable options for Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and Serial, enabling flexible integration across wired and wireless networks. A built-in real-time clock supports accurate, time-stamped labeling for traceability, and the Link-OS operating system with Zebra's Print DNA software suite simplifies remote management and security.
