Shipping and returns
Requirements:
- Maximum period of 15 days from the invoice date
- The material has NOT been opened
- Returned in the original packaging in perfect condition and without labels or marks
Return process

Enter your details, the model to be returned, and the reasons for the return in the form on this page.
You will receive an email
Once we have received the information, we will email you the instructions to follow: the return authorization number (RMA) and the shipping address. This RMA number is ESSENTIAL in order to proceed with the shipment of the material.
Send us the package
Shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned with the RMA clearly visible, in their original packaging (preferably inside another protective box), complete, unopened, and without any printed tape or writing.
Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the appropriate credit will be issued on the corresponding invoice. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount due to loss of value of the product caused by unnecessary handling on your part (standard restocking fee: 25%).
