It carries 64 MB of RAM and 64 MB of flash memory, and presents data on a color QVGA display at 320 x 240 resolution. An alpha keyboard handles manual data entry alongside the laser scan engine. The 2400 mAh Lithium Ion battery supports extended shift use, and the terminal tolerates drops to concrete from 72 inches, with air electrostatic discharge tolerance of 15kV DC and direct and indirect ESD ratings of 8kV DC each. USB and serial interfaces round out connectivity. The unit weighs 13.50 oz and measures 7.8 in tall, 3.1 in wide and 5 in deep.
