It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a maximum print width of 4.39 inches, handling label, receipt, tag, linerless and synthetic media on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Onboard memory stands at 16 MB standard and 64 MB flash. The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
