Fitted with wireless LAN alongside serial and USB ports, the Intermec PB50A11803100 is a portable direct thermal label printer running IPL emulation with 16 MB of standard memory and 64 MB of flash. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a maximum print width of 4.39 inches, handling labels up to 24 inches long and media up to 6.50 mil thick on rolls to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. Supported media types include linered labels, linerless stock, tags, receipts and fanfold. Power comes from a Lithium Ion battery rated at 2200 mAh, and the compact 6.3 in by 3.1 in by 6.9 in chassis includes an LCD display. Broad symbology coverage spans Code 39, Code 128, Data Matrix, PDF-417, QR Code and Maxi Code, among others. The unit carries a one-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
