The unit pairs 512 MB of RAM with 1 GB of flash storage and a microSD expansion slot, running on an OMAP 3 processor under Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5. Its imager reads 1D, 2D, PDF, Data Matrix and UPC symbologies, and the device survives drops to 8 ft onto concrete at standard conditions, and 6 ft onto concrete across -20°C to 60°C. The numeric keypad, touchscreen, Bluetooth, infrared, GPS and internal antennas round out the feature set. The 3.5-inch color VGA display resolves at 480 x 640, while the included 4000 mAh lithium-ion battery supports extended shifts.
