Packing 512 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash storage, the Intermec CN70AQ1KC00W1100 is a wireless handheld terminal built around an OMAP 3 processor running at 600 MHz. Its 2D imager reads 1D, 2D, PDF, Standard UPC and Data Matrix symbologies, while IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN with WPA and WPA2 security and integrated Bluetooth handle connectivity through internal antennas. The 3.5-inch color VGA touchscreen delivers 480 x 640 resolution, and the QWERTY keyboard layout supports familiar data entry. An SD memory card slot extends onboard storage, and the included 4000 mAh Lithium Ion battery powers the 15.87 oz unit through extended shifts. The chassis withstands drops to concrete from 72 inches and tolerates air electrostatic discharge of 15kV DC and direct electrostatic discharge of 8kV DC, supporting field-mobility deployments where wireless data capture and ruggedness are both required.
