Fitted with dual-band IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN and UMTS 3G cellular, the Intermec CN70AN5KDU3W2100 handheld terminal keeps field workers connected inside and outside the facility without swapping hardware. An EA30 2D imager handles data capture, while a numeric keypad and a 3.5-inch LED display at 480 x 640 VGA resolution support eyes-up operation in demanding conditions. The unit runs Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 on 512 MB of RAM backed by 1 GB of flash storage, with a microSD slot for additional capacity. Bluetooth and GPS round out the communication stack. The chassis measures 6.7 in tall by 3.1 in wide by 1.3 in deep and weighs 15.87 oz, with a battery included in the package. WEEE and RoHS compliance is confirmed, and the unit carries a one-year limited warranty.
