Configured as a kiosk-mount kit with a 1 m USB keyboard cable, the Datalogic MG0902-11000-0204 is a desktop presentation scanner that reads both 1D and 2D barcodes through a 1280 x 800 imager across an omni-directional, area scan pattern. It reaches up to 11 in scanning distance and accepts barcodes at a 70-degree skew, 70-degree pitch and 360-degree roll tolerance, making orientation a non-issue at busy counters. DataMatrix codes down to 10 mil and up to 15 mil are resolved at a minimum print contrast of 25%, while the LED illuminator and LED aimer support accurate targeting in ambient light up to 86100 lux. Beep and notification LED good-read feedback, Checkpoint EAS integration and image capture in JPEG and BMP formats round out the feature set.
