With RFID printing and encoding fitted as standard, the Zebra ZE52162-R010000Z is a 6.60-inch wide direct thermal and thermal transfer print engine carrying 512 MB of memory and running at up to 14 in/s at 203 dpi. It accepts die-cut, continuous, and black mark media up to 7.09 inches wide and 11.81 mil thick, reading both transmissive and reflective media sensors, with a maximum print length of 102.01 inches. Serial, USB 2.0, USB host, Fast Ethernet, and Bluetooth 4.1 cover connectivity, while ZPL, ZPL II, and ZBI 2.0 emulation and a real-time clock round out the feature set. The 4.3-inch LCD touchscreen is rotatable and can be mounted up to two meters from the engine. Operating across 31°F (-0.6°C) to 104°F (40°C) and 20% to 95% relative humidity, the 38.14 lb all-metal chassis carries cTUVus, CE, FCC A, and Energy Star recognition alongside a broad set of international certifications including CCC, EAC, KCC, and BSMI.

A 4.3" color touchscreen with a rotatable, remote-mountable design simplifies operation and status monitoring, while standard connectivity spanning USB, RS-232 Serial, 10/100 Ethernet, Bluetooth 4.1, and dual USB Host ports ensures straightforward integration into existing wired and wireless infrastructure.
