The Zebra RFD90 Ultra-Rugged UHF RFID Sled is an enterprise-grade mobile RFID reader designed for operations teams in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, warehousing, retail, and government environments where speed, accuracy, and durability are non-negotiable. The sled delivers a read rate of 1,300+ tags/sec and is available in a standard-range model reaching ~22 ft./~6.7 m or a long-range model reaching ~75 ft./~22.9 m, dramatically reducing the number of scanning passes needed for large-scale inventory and asset tracking. Dual IP65 and IP67 sealing combined with a 6 ft./1.8 m drop-to-concrete specification and an operating temperature range of -4°F to 131°F/-20°C to 55°C keep the sled productive in the harshest industrial conditions. Bluetooth 5.3 and built-in Wi-Fi 6 enable seamless pairing with Zebra mobile computers and third-party smartphones, while supporting over-the-air device management without requiring physical contact with every unit.
