Configured with a Mask Stand and Coiled 4-Pos SDL Connector Cable, the Honeywell MK9540-72A11 is a corded, single-line laser scanner from the VoyagerCG MS9540 family that reaches a maximum scan resolution of 5 mil and covers a depth of scan field from 0 in to 8 in for 0.33 mm (13 mil) bar codes. CodeGate data transmission technology lets the scanner zero in on a target symbol and complete transmission with a deliberate action, making it well suited to point-of-sale and menu-scanning environments. Automatic infrared triggering is standard, and the scanner decodes all standard 1D symbologies plus RSS codes across roll, pitch and yaw tolerances of 42, 68 and 52 degrees respectively. Housed in a gray handheld chassis weighing 5.26 oz and operating at 5 V DC, it includes a three-LED indicator system and a beeper configurable across 7 tones. FCC Class B and Class 1 laser ratings under IEC60825-1 and EN60825-1 apply, alongside RoHS and WEEE compliance, and the unit carries a 5-year limited warranty.
