Fitted with an integrated cutter, the Zebra ZT41043-T2E0000Z is a direct thermal and thermal transfer label printer that prints monochrome labels at 300 dpi and up to 14 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width. It handles continuous, die-cut, notched and black mark media up to 4.49 inches wide and 39 inches long, with media thickness to 9.84 mil on rolls up to 8 inches in diameter requiring a 3-inch label core and 1-inch ribbon core. Transmissive and reflective media sensors cover the full range of stock types, and 256 MB of standard memory pairs with 512 MB of flash storage. Serial, USB, Fast Ethernet and Bluetooth connectivity are standard, and ZPL, ZPL II, EPL and XML emulation run under Zebra's Link-OS. The 36 lb chassis includes an LCD display, real-time clock, Element Energy Equalizer, and bi-color LED, and the unit carries Energy Star qualification.

Constructed around an all-metal frame with a bi-fold metal media cover, it delivers thermal transfer and direct thermal printing at print speeds up to 14 ips/356 mm per second and resolutions of 203 dpi, 300 dpi, or 600 dpi depending on configuration, making it equally capable of high-throughput shipping labels and precise small-label applications. Standard connectivity spans USB, RS-232 Serial, 10/100 Ethernet, and Bluetooth, with optional 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless, ensuring straightforward integration into existing enterprise networks. Select models add UHF RFID encoding for smart label production and item-level traceability, while Zebra's Link-OS environment simplifies remote management and maintenance across distributed print fleets.
