With field-installable RFID encoding fitted, the Zebra ZE51143-L0100A0Z is a 300 dpi direct thermal and thermal transfer print engine that reaches 14 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width, accepting labels up to 4.49 inches wide and 9.84 mil thick in die-cut, continuous and black mark formats. Both transmissive and reflective media sensors are included, and 512 MB of RAM paired with 512 MB of flash support ZPL, ZPL II and ZBI 2.0 emulation alongside a broad 1D and 2D symbology set covering PDF417, Data Matrix, QR Code and Aztec. A 4.3-inch color LCD touchscreen with a real-time clock simplifies operation, while serial, USB, USB Host, Fast Ethernet and Bluetooth connectivity cover integration. The 33.95 lb all-metal chassis operates from 31°F to 104°F and carries cTUVus, CE, FCC A and Energy Star recognition, suiting manufacturing, warehouse, retail and healthcare labeling environments.

The Zebra ZE511 is an industrial-grade thermal transfer and direct thermal print engine designed for procurement and IT teams deploying high-volume label printing in demanding environments. Its all-metal, fanless construction resists debris and water ingress, while a 4.3 in. full-color LCD touch screen simplifies setup and operation with minimal training. Standard connectivity spanning USB 2.0, RS-232 Serial, 10/100 Ethernet, and Bluetooth 4.1 ensures straightforward integration into existing wired and wireless infrastructure. Optional field-installable UHF RFID encoding extends the engine's value into advanced asset tracking and traceability workflows, and ZPL/ZPL II compatibility keeps it at home in any established Zebra environment.
