It prints direct thermal and thermal transfer labels at 203 dpi and up to 18 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width, with a maximum print length of 13.08 ft and media up to 4.49 inches wide and 9.84 mil thick; transmissive and reflective sensors accommodate die-cut, continuous, and black mark stock. A 4.3-inch color LCD touchscreen with a real-time clock and 512 MB of standard memory supports ZPL, ZPL II, and ZBI 2.0 emulation, plus a broad symbology set spanning PDF417, Data Matrix, QR Code, and Aztec. Operating from 31°F (-0.6°C) to 104°F (40°C) at 20% to 95% relative humidity, the 32.41 lb all-metal chassis carries cTUVus, CE, FCC Class A, and Energy Star approvals.
