RFID upgradeability sets the ZE50043-R013000Z apart within the ZE500-4 family, making it a right-hand thermal transfer print engine ready for print-and-apply lines that may expand into RFID-based identification workflows. It prints monochrome labels at 300 dpi and up to 12 in/s across a 4.10-inch print width, handling die-cut, continuous and black mark media up to 4.49 inches wide, 39 inches long and 10 mil thick, with both transmissive and reflective sensors onboard. Memory stands at 16 MB SDRAM and 64 MB flash, and connectivity spans serial, parallel, USB, Fast Ethernet and IEEE 802.11g wireless. ZPL, ZPL 1 and ZPL II emulation, a real-time clock, a rotatable LCD display and Element Energy Equalizer are included, with the 33.95 lb chassis accepting 110 V AC or 220 V AC input.
