At 300 dpi and a maximum print speed of 6 in/s, the Zebra 223-801-00003 handles direct thermal and thermal transfer label production across an 8.50-inch print width, accepting media up to 8.80 inches wide from roll-fed, die-cut, continuous, black mark and fanfold stock, with dual transmissive and reflective sensors selectable via software or front panel. Flash memory is 16 MB, backed by 64 MB of standard memory, and an LCD display with auto-calibration supports operation across an ambient range of 40°F (4.4°C) to 105°F (40.6°C). Connectivity covers USB 2.0, serial, parallel and Fast Ethernet, while ZPL II, ZPL and ZBI 2.0 emulation and an extensive 1D and 2D symbology set -- including PDF-417, Data Matrix, QR Code and Aztec Code -- broaden integration options. The 72 lb chassis ships with a US power cable and carries Energy Star qualification.
