Fitted with both an internal rewinder and a peel facility, the Zebra 102-801-00210 is a thermal transfer label printer built for continuous-duty manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution workflows. It prints monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 12.01 in/s across a 4.09-inch print width, handling continuous, die-cut, fanfold, roll-fed, tag, and ticket stock up to 4.52 inches wide, 39 inches long, and 12 mil thick, on rolls up to 8 inches in diameter with a 3-inch label core. The 64 MB flash memory and 16 MB SDRAM support complex label formats, while an LCD display and real-time clock aid on-printer management. Element Energy Equalizer dynamically balances printhead heat for consistent output. Connectivity spans serial, parallel, USB, and Fast Ethernet, with ZPL I, ZPL II, and XML emulation covering integration needs. Broad symbology support includes Data Matrix, PDF-417, QR Code, Aztec Code, and GS1 DataBar, among others. The 55 lb chassis accepts 120 V AC or 230 V AC input and carries cTUVus, CE, FCC-B, and CCC certifications, backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
