The RS-232 serial, embedded-configuration Zebra 01991-000 prints monochrome tickets and boarding passes at up to 5.91 in/s at 203 dpi across a 3.25-inch print width, handling roll paper and fanfold media up to 9.84 mil thick on rolls to 9.84 inches in diameter. Ticket format is variable up to 82.5 mm wide and 600 mm long, accommodating ATB1 boarding passes and IATA CUSS bag tags up to 533 mm in length, with an automatic media detector that loads passes and bag tags without manual adjustment. Supported symbologies include Code 39, Code 128, EAN-8, EAN-13, EAN 128, Interleaved 2 of 5, PDF-417, ISBN and UPC, while graphics output covers logotypes and black-and-white BMP files. Serial and USB ports cover connectivity, and the unit measures 4.1 inches wide by 5.7 inches deep by 2.6 inches tall, sized for embedding in kiosk installations. A paper guide is required and sold separately.

An automatic media detector loads roll or fanfold stock without manual adjustment, reducing operator intervention and minimizing downtime across unattended deployments.
