Bluetooth connectivity fitted as standard sets the Intermec PB50A11004100 apart within the PB50 portable label printer family, pairing with serial and USB interfaces to cover wired and wireless workflows without additional hardware. The unit prints monochrome direct thermal labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 4.39-inch maximum print width, handling linered, linerless, tag, receipt and fanfold media up to 6.50 mil thick, 4.39 inches wide and 24 inches long on rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter with a 0.75-inch core. A 2200 mAh Lithium Ion battery powers the portable 6.9-inch by 6.3-inch by 3.1-inch chassis, backed by 16 MB of standard memory and 64 MB of flash. Language emulation covers IPL, Fingerprint, ESC/P and ZPL II, with broad 1D and 2D symbology support including Data Matrix, PDF-417 and QR Code. The PB50A11004100 carries a one-year limited warranty.

The Intermec PB50 by Honeywell is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer built for field workers and mobile professionals who need reliable on-demand label and receipt printing wherever their work takes them. Designed for warehouse, distribution, retail, and asset management environments, it prints at 4 ips (101.6 mm/sec) at 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) and supports media widths from 49 mm to 111.5 mm, accommodating labels, tags, and receipt media. Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
