Wireless LAN connectivity distinguishes the Intermec PB22A10803000 within the PB22 portable direct thermal printer family, pairing 802.11 wireless with serial and USB interfaces for flexible deployment in warehousing, distribution, retail and enterprise asset management environments. The printer outputs monochrome labels at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 2.20-inch maximum print width, accepting label and receipt media up to 2.20 inches wide on rolls with a 2.25-inch maximum diameter and a 0.75-inch core. Transmissive and label taken sensors support accurate media handling, while 16 MB of RAM and 64 MB of flash back IPL, ZPL II, ESC/P and Fingerprint emulation alongside user-defined fonts, graphics and custom logo support. The 2250 mAh lithium-ion battery powers a portable chassis measuring 6.9 in tall by 4 in wide by 2.8 in deep, and IP54 sealing provides dust and splash resistance for mobile field use.

The Honeywell PB22 is a rugged direct thermal mobile label printer designed for warehouse operatives, distribution center staff, retail associates, and field service technicians who need reliable on-the-go label printing. Printing at 4 in/s at 203 dpi, it delivers sharp monochrome labels and receipts up to 2.20" wide, keeping workers productive across demanding environments. Standard RS-232 Serial and USB v.2.0 interfaces are complemented by optional Bluetooth and 802.11b/g wireless connectivity, giving IT teams the flexibility to integrate the PB22 into existing wired or wireless infrastructures. An IP54-sealed, portable housing withstands a 1.5 m drop to concrete, while an operating temperature range of -15°C to 50°C ensures dependable performance from cold storage to the loading dock. With 16 MB RAM and 64 MB Flash, plus support for IPL, ZPL II, ESC-P, and Fingerprint programming languages, the PB22 adapts readily to enterprise labeling workflows.
