Fitted with an integrated RFID reader, the Intermec CN70EQ4KC14W1R10 is a wireless ultra-rugged handheld terminal running on an OMAP 3 processor with 512 MB RAM and 1 GB of flash memory, expandable via a microSD card slot. Its imager captures both 1D and 2D barcodes, while IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth wireless connectivity are supported alongside a full wireless security stack that includes WPA2, AES, TKIP and 802.1x. The 3.5-inch color VGA touchscreen resolves at 480 x 640 and pairs with a numeric QWERTY keyboard. IP67 sealing and MIL-STD 810G certification back drop ratings of 2.4m to concrete at room temperature and 1.8m to concrete across -20 degrees C to 60 degrees C, while ESD tolerance reaches 15kV DC in air and 8kV DC on contact. The 4000 mAh Li-Ion battery is included, and the unit measures 7.7 in long and weighs 1.08 lb.
