It carries 512 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash storage, with a microSD card slot for expansion, and runs on an OMAP 3 processor under Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5. The 3.5-inch color touchscreen resolves at 480 x 640 in VGA mode, and the numeric keypad supports gloved input. An imager handles 1D, 2D, PDF, Data Matrix and UPC symbologies, while GPS, Bluetooth, infrared and internal antennas round out the connectivity suite. Wireless security covers WPA, WPA2 and WAPI.
