Its 1 GHz OMAP 3 processor drives Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5 with 512 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash storage, with a microSD slot available for additional capacity. The 3.5-inch color touchscreen delivers 480 x 640 VGA resolution, and an alphanumeric keypad provides an alternative input path.
