Fitted with IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and Bluetooth, the Intermec CK71AA2DN00W1400 handheld terminal pairs a 600 MHz OMAP 3 processor with 512 MB of RAM and 1 GB of flash memory for warehouse and manufacturing workflows. The standard-range 1D imager feeds scan data to a 3.5-inch color VGA touchscreen running at 480 x 640 resolution, while the alphanumeric keypad supports direct data entry. Wireless security spans WPA, WPA2, CCXv4, WEP, TKIP and AES, with a CCXv4-compliant internal antenna. The included 5200 mAh Li-Ion battery powers the unit through extended shifts, and a microSD card slot extends onboard storage. Rated for drops to 72 in onto concrete, with air ESD tolerance of 15kV DC and direct ESD tolerance of 8kV DC, the terminal weighs 1.23 lb and measures 9.3 in deep by 3.2 in wide by 2 in tall.
