Reading angles span 40 degrees skew, 40 degrees pitch, and 360 degrees roll, and the scanner operates in ambient light up to 100000 lux. The unit withstands 50 drops from 2.0 m / 6.6 ft onto concrete and tolerates operating temperatures from -4°F (-20°C) to 122°F (50°C), with storage down to -40°F (-40°C).
