The Datalogic PM9500-BK433-RTK20 ships as a complete kit configured for 433 MHz cordless operation via the STAR 2.0 Cordless System, covering point-of-sale checkout, shelf replenishment, goods receiving and inventory workflows. The handheld 2D imager reads all standard 1D codes autodiscriminately alongside 2D symbologies including Aztec Code, Data Matrix, QR Code, Micro QR Code, MaxiCode and China Han Xin Code, stacked formats such as PDF417 and MicroPDF417, a full range of postal codes, and digital watermarks including Digimarc Barcodes. IP65 sealing protects against moisture exposure, and the chassis is rated for 2.0 m / 6.6 ft drops. At 13.40 oz, the black and dark gray scanner connects to the host via serial interface and ships with an RS-232 cable, power supply unit, charging/transmitter cradle and a removable rechargeable battery. Good-read feedback is delivered through 3GL three-green-lights technology and an audible beeper, while Motionix motion-sensing technology supports in-motion scanning.
