It runs on a 624 MHz XScale processor with 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of flash memory, and accepts microSD and microSDHC cards for additional storage. The laser scanning engine reads ten 1D symbologies -- Code 39, Code 128, Code 32, Code 93, Codabar, EAN/UPC, EAN128, GS1 Databar, MSI and 2/5 Codes -- while a 3.5-inch color touchscreen at 240 x 320 resolution and a 52-key alphanumeric keypad handle operator input. IEEE 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN and Bluetooth provide connectivity, and Windows Mobile 6.5 serves as the operating system. The included 5000 mAh Lithium Ion battery powers the 1.54 lb unit, covered by a one-year limited warranty.
