It runs on an XScale PXA270 processor at 520 MHz under Windows CE 5.0, backed by 128 MB of RAM and 128 MB of Flash, with expansion available through miniSD and CompactFlash card slots. A 2.8-inch color LCD touchscreen delivers QVGA 240 x 320 resolution alongside a 38-key alphanumeric keypad, and the laser scan engine reads GS1 Databar, Code 39, Code 128, EAN/UPC, Code 93, Codabar, MSI and additional 1D symbologies at standard range with a VLD Class II EN 60825-1/CDHR classification. The 2800 mAh Li-Ion battery ships included, and the 12.70 oz chassis -- 7.7 in tall, 3 in wide, 1.3 in deep -- is rated for 60-inch drops to concrete. CE and TUV certifications apply.
