The Datalogic DS2400N is a compact fixed-mount industrial laser barcode scanner designed for systems integrators and automation engineers deploying high-throughput identification in automatic warehouses, factory automation lines, automatic picking systems, process control and packaging, and print-and-apply installations. Using a linear laser light source, it reads 1D codes at scan rates of 500 - 1000 scans/s across a reading distance of 70 - 600 mm (2.76 - 23.62 in), resolving codes down to 0.12 mm (5 mils). Datalogic's Advanced Code Reconstruction (ACR) technology delivers reliable reads on low-quality or damaged labels. On-board Ethernet connectivity — including PROFINET with an embedded two-port switch and EtherNet/IP — simplifies integration into existing industrial networks, while an innovative rotating connector block and compact 84 x 68 x 34 mm aluminum housing keep installation flexible. IP65 sealing and a 0° - 45 °C operating range suit demanding plant environments.
