Its CMOS image sensor with laser light source delivers omni-directional 1D and 2D scanning at a maximum resolution of 6.60 mil, covering a broad symbology set that includes Code 128, Code 39, EAN-128, Code 93, UPC/EAN/JAN, PDF 417, QR Code, Composite Code and postal codes such as Royal Mail RM4SCC, PLANET, Postnet, Japanese Post, Australian Post and Kix. The unit runs on battery power at 12 V DC and connects via a multi-interface host supporting USB, Serial and Keyboard Wedge options. At 11.82 oz with a 8-inch height, 4.6-inch width and 2.7-inch depth, it carries Class 2 laser certification to IEC 825-1 and CDRH standards and is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
