Its laser light source delivers a scan rate of 104 scan/s, covering standard range reads from contact up to 1.6 m (5.2 ft), with the scanner weighing 11.99 oz in its black and yellow enclosure. RS-232, Keyboard Wedge and USB interfaces are all built in, eliminating the need for add-on adapters. Good-read feedback combines Datalogic's 3GL technology — a Green Spot projected directly onto the code plus dual Good Read LEDs on the cap — with a loud beeper, ensuring confirmation at any angle. Drop resistance to 2.0 m (6.5 ft) and a built-in metal tether hook support suspended and scan-intensive deployments. Supported 1D symbologies include UPC/EAN, Code 128, Code 39, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 93, GS1 DataBar linear codes and Codablock F, among others.
