Fitted with a partial auto cutter and a back/right mark sensor, the Epson C41D402000 is an 80 mm printer mechanism running on 24 V DC and designed for integration into Epson BA-T500II Series printer platforms. It prints both text and graphics at up to 250 mm/s (9.84 inches/s), a 67% speed increase over the M-T500 Series predecessor. Reliability figures carried over from that earlier series include a head life of 15 million lines and an MCBF of 37 million lines. The mechanism shares the same external dimensions as M-T500 Series units, simplifying drop-in replacement, and includes a paper jam sensor that, when used with compatible BA-T500II Series hardware, prevents media from winding around the paper feed rollers.

The Epson M-T532 is a thermal printer mechanism designed for systems integrators and OEM developers building high-throughput receipt and ticket printing into embedded applications such as kiosks, POS terminals, and self-service systems. Operating at print speeds of up to 250 mm/s, it delivers text and graphics quickly and reliably, making it well suited to demanding environments in retail, banking, petrol forecourts, ATMs, and vending. The mechanism supports 80 mm paper rolls and includes a full auto cutter for clean, precise receipt separation. A built-in paper jam sensor works proactively to prevent paper from winding around feed rollers, reducing downtime. Rated for a service life of 15 million lines and 37 million lines MCBF, it is engineered for continuous, high-volume operation. It is compatible with Epson BA-T500II Series printers and shares the same external dimensions as the M-T500 Series for straightforward mechanism replacement.
