Configured without a radio and running Fingerprint/DP language emulation, the Intermec PB50B12000100 is a portable direct thermal label printer that prints monochrome labels, receipts and tags at up to 4 in/s and 203 dpi across a maximum print width of 4.39 inches. Media rolls up to 2.65 inches in diameter fit a 0.75-inch core, with both a transmissive media sensor and a label taken sensor managing feed accuracy. The 2200 mAh Lithium Ion battery powers field operation, and the unit ships without a battery pack, which must be ordered separately for portable use. Standard memory stands at 16 MB with 64 MB of flash, while an LCD display, serial port and USB handle operator feedback and host connectivity. The printer measures 6.9 inches tall by 6.3 inches wide by 3.1 inches deep and carries a one-year limited warranty.

Its industrial-grade housing carries an IP54 seal and withstands 26 drops from 1.5 m onto concrete, making it dependable in demanding daily use. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, USB, and RS-232 serial, giving IT teams flexible integration into existing wired or wireless workflows. A 14.8 V Li-Ion 2.2 Ah rechargeable battery powers extended print sessions, while remote management via Intermec SmartSystems reduces IT support overhead.
