Fitted with Bluetooth alongside serial and USB connectivity, the Intermec PB21A30004001 is a portable direct thermal receipt printer built to survive 1.5m (5 ft.) drops to concrete. It prints monochrome labels, receipts and tags at 203 dpi and up to 4 in/s across a 2.20-inch print width, accepting media up to 2.25 inches wide on cores as small as 0.75 inch, with a maximum roll diameter of 2.25 inches. A 16 MB standard memory and 64 MB of flash support graphically complex output, while an LCD display and four audio status indicators aid field operation. The 2250 mAh Lithium Ion battery powers the unit through mobile shifts, and language emulation covers IPL, Fingerprint, ZPL II and ESC/P with full 1D and 2D symbology support. The portable chassis measures 6.9 in tall, 4 in wide and 2.8 in deep, suiting route accounting, field service and mobile point-of-sale deployments.

The Intermec PB21 by Honeywell is a rugged portable direct thermal label and receipt printer designed for mobile workers who need reliable, on-the-go printing in demanding environments. Purpose-built for field service, route accounting, transportation and logistics, and retail point-of-sale applications, it prints labels, receipts, and tags at up to 4 in/s at 203 dpi resolution, delivering sharp monochrome output whether used standalone or paired with a mobile computer. Standard RS-232 Serial and USB v.2.0 interfaces are complemented by optional Bluetooth for wireless flexibility, while an IP54 seal rating and drop survival of 1.5m (5 ft.) to concrete ensure it holds up to the bumps and spills of fast-paced mobile use. An intuitive LCD, four audio status indicators, and support for IPL, Fingerprint, ZPL II, and ESC/P programming languages simplify deployment across existing workflows.
